Sribindu Pisupati is the Director of Communications at Partnership with Children, a nonprofit supporting the mental health and well-being of New York City students and families. Her work centers on elevating community voices, advocating for equity, and driving systems-level change through storytelling and strategy.

A published author under the pen name Annika Sharma and the Founder and former host of That Desi Spark, Pisupati uses storytelling to reframe narratives around identity, culture, and mental health. She holds an M.Ed in Early Intervention and an MPH in Maternal and Child Health and serves on the boards of two mental health nonprofits. She is driven by a belief that narrative power can catalyze healing, belonging, and social transformation.
