Sophie Ha Nguyen is the Founder of Style Academy, a leadership development organization dedicated to dismantling the invisible ceiling over Vietnam’s most capable women. Through evidence-based Leadership Presence training, Style Academy has reached 13,000+ professionals across 100+ corporations, building a Women Lift Up Women Community where every woman who grows lifts the next woman up.

Nguyen has led Vietnam’s Women Leadership Summit, bringing 1,200 registered participants and speakers including former Vietnamese Ambassador to the EU Madame Ton Nu Thi Ninh, top C-suite executives, and leading KOLs.

She is currently developing Vietnam’s first leadership presence book, with Madame Ninh as mentor.
