Somaya is the Co-Founder of RightFoot, a consultancy firm based in Egypt that provides a variety of human resources and talent management services to companies extend in the MENA Region, Sub-Saharan Africa, the UK and the US. RightFoot is a people and organizational solutions and services company. The company prides itself with their ability to provide practical experiences and know-how that helps their clients make the right decisions, based on measurable outcomes, in a timely manner. RightFoot’s mission and values are built with a unique focus on helping businesses maintain, scale and transform in a predictable manor, while focusing on their core asset – The People. The company’s technology portfolio includes innovative solutions that adopt latest technology trends that are built with deep practitioner experiences that enable RightFoot’s solutions to tackle pain points at their core.
