Silvia Gallitto is the Deputy CEO of Sistech, a European non-profit empowering refugee women through access to qualified and sustainable jobs in the tech and digital sectors. Operating in France, Italy, and Greece, Sistech equips women with digital skills, mentoring, and professional networks while partnering with companies to embed inclusive hiring practices. Since 2018, the organization has supported more than 900 refugee women to thrive in the digital economy.

Gallitto has 15+ years of experience across startups, global companies, and non-profits. She has led digital transformation projects, built agile teams, and scaled innovation with impact. At Sistech, she has expanded reach and sustainability by driving program growth, forging cross-sector partnerships, and piloting an AI-powered platform to scale personalized learning. She also serves on Sistech’s Board and previously served on the Board of PWN Milan, part of the global network advancing gender-balanced leadership.
