Founder & Visionary, Gramiyo
Shraddha Gosavi is the Founder of Gramiyo, a hybrid social enterprise reimagining rural development through regenerative tourism. With a unique dual structure, a non-profit arm, Gramiyo Foundation, drives community readiness and impact, and a for-profit platform enabling rural hosts to curate, list village-based travel experiences. Gramiyo is building a new rural economy rooted in dignity, culture, and sustainability.
Currently piloting across 50 villages in India as a WomenLeaders India fellowship SDG Project, Gramiyo aims to set a national benchmark for community-based tourism aligned with the SDGs, focusing on livelihoods, infrastructure, gender inclusion, and local governance.
An architect by education and a grassroots changemaker by practice, Shraddha’s work is shaped by her decade-long solo travel across India, her time with the SBI Youth for India Fellowship, and her earlier experiments through Quest Journeys.
She extends deep gratitude to Vital Voices Global Partnership, Reliance Foundation, and the wider fellowship network for believing in her vision and amplifying her journey.
