Shatoyia Davenport is the national event manager of ChickTech, an organization dedicated to empowering marginalized genders in the technology industry and aspiring technologists. Through technical workshops, mentoring programs, and community networking, ChickTech creates an inclusive technology culture. Davenport is a strong advocate for marginalized communities, prioritizing diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in all ChickTech events. She believes in the transformative power of technology education, empowering participants to become influential leaders in their communities.
Davenport earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Everest University and holds distinctions as a Digital Event Strategist (PCMA) and an Accredited Event Designer (IWED). Throughout her career, she has showcased exceptional leadership in hospitality management, volunteer engagement, and community advocacy.
