Sarah Khudze is the Founder of Reach Out to Girls, a nonprofit organization that empowers girls and young women through education, health, digital skills, and leadership development. She also leads STEM Voyagers, a STEM education consultancy that equips young people with emerging technologies to inspire innovation and prepare them for the future of work.

Sarah is a Software Engineer, educator, and STEM advocate with experience in higher education, research, and nonprofit leadership. She has served as an Associate Lecturer in Computer Science and Information Systems and has led initiatives that expand access to technology, education, and leadership opportunities for underserved communities. Her work focuses on advancing gender equality by creating pathways for girls and women to thrive in STEM and innovation.
