Sanduta Galina is the Head of the Communication Service at the National Agency for Energy Regulation of the Republic of Moldova and the Founder of Women in Energy Moldova, the country’s first non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting women in the energy sector. Through this initiative, Galina promotes female leadership, mentorship, and professional development in energy.

Galina has been working within ANRE for nearly a decade, being responsible for institutional communication, media relations, and the promotion of public transparency. Her professional background combines expertise in journalism, strategic communication, and international relations, strengthened through multiple international training and leadership programs.
