Samara Dias is the Founder and CEO of Ella Africa Foundation, a charity advancing African-led solutions to gender inequality and economic exclusion. Through education, healthcare access, and skills development, Ella Africa equips women with the skills and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods and strengthen their communities.

Dias is a Finance Professional in London, specialising in private markets and sustainable investments. She previously worked with the Ministry of Finance of Angola and Société Générale, and has represented youth and women’s voices at international platforms, including the World Bank Youth Summit 2024.
