About Rula:

Rula is the founder and CEO of Birth & Beyond, a maternity and parenting center offering childbirth preparation classes, parenting workshops, and various consultations. In addition, they sell maternity, mother, and baby essentials as well as gifts and jewelry for new babies and mothers. Birth & Beyond offers the following services: childbirth education classes, prenatal exercise classes, First Aid and CPR workshops, and breastfeeding, sleep training and child behavior consultations. Birth & Beyond serves both the local community and expats looking for services that are readily available in their home country. Birth & Beyond is the only center in Jordan to provide these services, their classes, handouts, and promotional materials in English. Additionally, Rula hosts weekly television segments for local TV stations to raise awareness about maternal and child health, becoming a recognized public figure in this field. She is also currently working with Aljazeera to create television segments about motherhood, child health, and parenting, which will expand access to information to new communities. Rula is a member of the Amman Chamber of Commerce and the Pharmacist Association. She also organizes monthly events and gatherings for mothers in partnerships with other local non-profit organizations. She has experience in marketing and business management and connections within the medical field in Jordan. Rula studied Pharmacy and Business Administration in addition to Pre and Post-Natal Education.
