Atmashakti Trust is a community-led organization working with Indigenous and rural communities across more than 15,000 villages in India. It strengthens local leadership to address systemic challenges in education, nutrition, livelihoods, governance, and Indigenous knowledge, while building the Global Playbook on Community-Led Systems Change to influence policy and practice.

Kashyap is the Executive Trustee and CEO of Atmashakti Trust, with over 25 years of experience designing and scaling community-led development initiatives. She has led multi-state partnerships with governments, philanthropies, universities, and grassroots organizations, advancing systems change through deep listening, evidence generation, and local leadership.
