Rucha Pande

Rucha Pande is the Chief Operating Officer at Mantra4Change since April 2021, and has a decade of experience in the education sector. At Mantra4change, Rucha supports programs and functions across the organization towards their mission of transforming public schools in India for millions of children. A graduate of MA in Education from the Azim Premji University and the Genpact Social Impact Fellowship, Rucha specializes in designing for scale. She aspires to nurture civil society organizations in the global south to develop high-quality, impact driven programs that leverage and contribute to evidence in the social sector.
