Ridhka Kakkar is planning to launch Mind Matters, a mental health-focused initiative combining personalised subscription boxes with in-school workshops to empower young people. The project aims to destigmatise mental health while empowering young people with the tools to support their wellbeing. Each box is tailored through a quiz, offering products and creative activities personalised for the young person and their goals. Schools will receive larger kits and workshop sessions focused on conversation, education, and practical support. She believes that everybody, regardless of background, deserves to feel supported and hopes this initiative will create a wider social change and positive impact.

Ridhka is currently pursuing a degree apprenticeship in economics while working in the Civil Service. She sits on several national youth boards, where she advocates for equitable access to higher education.

“As a visionary leader, I want to build inclusive spaces where every young person feels seen, safe, and supported.”
