Managing Director, RENA Beverage Solution Ltd
Regina is the Managing Director for RENA Beverage Solution, a beverage company that produces organic health restoring beverages that when taken regularly, help to refresh, detoxify, boost immunity and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. RENA Beverage Solution’s product line includes hibiscus juices, herbal teas, wines, fruit concentrates, and sanitizers. Their products are catered to health-conscious individuals interested in preventing nutrition-related diseases, as well as individuals with cardiovascular diseases who are in need of organic food supplements.
Regina holds a Diploma in Education from the Institute of Teacher Education at Kyambogo University, a Bachelor of Adult and Community Education from Makerere University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI). Regina has experience with strategic and business planning, marketing and market research, business management, program planning, management monitoring and evaluation, training program development, training/facilitating, entrepreneurship, and microfinance. She belongs to the Uganda Women Entrepreneurs Association Ltd. (UWEAL), Markerere University Food Science Department, and the Uganda Manufacturers Association (USSIA). Prior to her work with RENA Beverage Solution, Regina was a Lecturer on Entrepreneurship, Gender, and Microfinance at Kyambogo University.
What Regina hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship:
Regina is excited to expand her network and hopes to connect with other professionals and business women in the agro processing sector. She is eager to learn more about export markets, attracting buyers, access to capital, strategies for addressing business challenges, and building a productive and competent team.
