Ratidzo Mutizwa Njagu is the founding director of the Kunashe Foundation, a social impact organization that seeks to empower and equip young people and women across the African continent sustainably. As of June 2023, she has equipped over 6000 young people with essential life skills primarily financial literacy, and menstrual health. She is a development practitioner with over 8 years of experience in women’s development and adolescent & youth programming.

Njagu has worked for Deloitte, the Clinton Foundation, and BRAC. She also co-founded the Blossom Company, a women’s wellness organization. She has also been recognized by JCI as one of Zimbabwe’s Top 10 Young People. Njagu holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from Sussex University.
