Rachel Pierre-Champagne is the Human Capacity Development Program Director at Fonkoze, where she leads initiatives that empower marginalized communities through education, business management training, and leadership development. She plays a key role in implementing EdTek, a digital platform developed for Fonkoze’s clients, to teach essential business skills and foster self-sufficiency among women in rural Haiti. Additionally, she is involved with Innovators for Change, working to advance disability rights and community development through technical assistance and advocacy.

Pierre-Champagne has extensive experience in the non-profit and social impact sectors, focusing on community development, disability rights, and women’s empowerment. In recognition of her leadership, she received the 2024 Wheaton College Alumni Award. Moreover, she oversees a social enterprise, Innovators For Change
