Rabina G. Rasaily is the Executive Director of the Feminist Dalit Organization (FEDO) in Nepal, a national NGO dedicated to advancing the rights and dignity of Dalit women. Under Rasaily’s leadership, FEDO has expanded its grassroots reach, empowered thousands of marginalized women through education, economic opportunities, and advocacy, and positioned Dalit women’s voices on national and international platforms. She believes that inclusive leadership and collective action can dismantle systemic caste and gender barriers.

Rasaily holds a PhD in Rural Development and Management Studies and has over 15 years of experience in social justice movements, with a focus on intersectionality, civic engagement, and gender equity. She has represented Nepal in numerous global forums and collaborates with UN bodies and development partners to influence policy and promote equity.

“As a visionary leader, I believe in transforming pain into power and building pathways where every Dalit woman and girl can rise with dignity.”
