Prudence is a mission-driven finance leader offering fractional CFO services to social enterprises, nonprofits, and climate-focused ventures. Through her independent consulting practice, she strengthens financial systems, unlocks capital, and enhances accountability for organizations working at the intersection of gender, climate, and economic justice. She also serves as fractional CFO and advisor to The Rallying Cry, a global movement amplifying women’s voices in high-risk communities.

She previously served as CFO of COMACO, a leading Zambian social enterprise, where she built a sustainable financial model aligned with conservation and rural livelihoods. Today, she advises global institutions, sits on governance boards, and supports accelerators focused on women and climate finance.
