Petra Kotuliakova is the founder and CEO of Aj Ty v IT, an organization that motivates and empowers girls and women in the field of technology. Aj Ty v IT is a key player in female IT education in Slovakia, working with girls from the age of 8 to adult women. For 11 years, the organization has trained more than 34,000 female participants and increased the number of female students in IT faculties from 3% to 17%. They are changing the perception of women in technology in Slovakia and enabling young women to build their careers in the field.
Kotuliakova is the Vice-Chair of the DiversIT Charter working group of the Council of European Professional Informatics Societies. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Economics in Bratislava, having previously studied at the Université Pierre Mendés France Grenoble.
