Botshoma has served as the Founder of FEMCLIMATE INNOVATORS and Ubuntu Innovators, leading projects that focus on women’s health, hygiene, and sustainable waste management. Her leadership experience also includes volunteering at clinics, running community health initiatives, and mentoring young girls on hygiene, confidence, and climate awareness. Through these roles, Botshoma has consistently combined entrepreneurship, advocacy, and project management to empower women and drive social change.
