Paola Andrade Arellano is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Ecuador Dice No Más, a survivor-led civil society organization dedicated to preventing sexual violence against children and women and transforming victims into agents of systemic change. She leads the organization’s vision, advocacy, alliances, survivor-centered methodologies and prevention campaigns.

Ecuador Dice No Más works at the intersection of child protection, gender equality, survivor leadership, strategic communications, advocacy and media for social impact. Its work advances SDGs 3, 4, 5, 10 and 16 by turning silence, stigma and institutional gaps into prevention tools, awareness, survivor-led leadership and policy-oriented action.

A Communications Specialist, Audiovisual Producer, documentary filmmaker, speaker and social innovator with 29 years of experience, Paola uses storytelling for mobilization and cultural transformation. Her work has reached millions, including 22 million downloads of prevention resources and contributed to Ecuador’s constitutional reform eliminating the statute of limitations for sexual crimes against children.

Paola was recognized by the United Nations as a Heroes of Tomorrow winner, received UNICEF’s Champions for Childhood Medal and was a Voice in Action at Triennale Milano. She became the first Latin American facilitator and mentor of the UN SDG Action Campaign’s Global Changemaker program in Rome, supporting Heroes of Tomorrow from 190 countries. She was nominated for the Global Arts Prize for Innovation for using audiovisual storytelling as an engine of social transformation.

Paola is passionate about rewriting the narrative around victims and survivors, proving that their collective strength can move the world toward one shared horizon: zero victims.
