Her platform, Conduct, provides multilingual, jurisdiction-aligned tools that help businesses meet legal requirements while offering secure, accessible reporting channels for employees to ensure justice is within reach.

With over 20 years of experience, Pareek has led over 9,000 workplace misconduct investigations and worked to ensure the enforcement of sexual harassment laws. By combining legal advocacy, policy insights, and technology, she transforms legal protections into tangible safety and access to justice for all workers.
