Pallavi Pareek is the founder of Ungender, an equity-focused organization committed to ensuring that workplace sexual harassment laws are effectively implemented and experienced. Through Ungender, she advocates for systemic reform, holding organizations, governments, and institutions accountable for creating environments where employees can report harassment safely, receive timely redress, and be protected from retaliation. Her platform, Conduct, provides multilingual, jurisdiction-aligned tools that help businesses meet legal requirements while offering secure, accessible reporting channels for employees to ensure justice is within reach.
With over 20 years of experience, Pareek has led over 9,000 workplace misconduct investigations and worked to ensure the enforcement of sexual harassment laws. By combining legal advocacy, policy insights, and technology, she transforms legal protections into tangible safety and access to justice for all workers.
