Osazoduwa is the Chief Executive Officer of Nenis Auto Care. Nenis Auto Care is an automobile maintenance center that provides high-level professional and affordable automotive care in a friendly and positive environment for an experience that is second-tonone and uniquely Nenis. The company offers two a variety of dedicated automotive services ranging from car wash and detailing to preventive maintenance, repairs and automotive waste management for both individuals and corporate organizations. Nenis Auto Care provides customers with body repair, paint restoration, vehicle inspection, fleet maintenance, pre-vehicle purchase inspection, car wash, car detailing, auto diagnostic and auto repair services. They have a special emphasis on brands of vehicles including Acura, Honda, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, Peugeot, Mercedes Benz, Land Rover and BMW. They comprehensive approach Nenis Auto Care offers to customers for their auto maintenance needs has contributed to a customer retention ratio of above 95%. Their services are built on excellent customer care, respect, honesty and an effective feedback system. Within the next five years Osazoduwa looks to make Nenis Auto Care a household name in Nigeria through expanding offerings and locations, while developing environmental and empowerment efforts linked to her business. Osazoduwa is also the Technical Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, the Publicity Secretary for the Nigerian Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Publicity Secretary for the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning and operations management. She has completed a Masters in Geoinformatics Information Technology from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin. She has also been a World Bank/Enterprise Development Centre WomenX Scholar and has gone through the Young African Leaders Initiative RLC, Google Digital Marketing Training, Poize Insider Network Entrepreneurship Courses and the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program (TEEP).

What Osazoduwa hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship: Osazoduwa hopes to gain skills and knowledge required to be a good leader and make a global impact. She hopes to learn from fellows about their culture, success stories, what has worked for them and how to globally replicate that globally.

What Osazoduwa can offer other fellows: Osazoduwa can share skills required to be competitive in a male dominated environment with fellows.
