Olubunmi Fred-Otite is the Founder of Brighten and Build the Teens Foundation, a youth-focused nonprofit empowering teenagers and young adults in underserved communities through education, leadership development, employability training, adolescent health advocacy, and mentorship. Passionate about bridging the education inequity gap, she works to increase access to education and opportunities for vulnerable children through initiatives such as EXECUTEENS and community school outreaches, impacting thousands of young people across Nigeria.

Olubunmi is a certified teen coach and youth development leader. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Her work has earned recognition through fellowships and leadership programs focused on youth empowerment and gender equity.
