Olha Konsevych is an editor, researcher and media expert. As a media manager, Olha cooperates with key Ukrainian media outlets. For the past ten year she has run different projects on explanatory and digital journalism. Moreover, Olha is deeply engaged in civil society development. She helps NGOs from Ukraine, Poland, Moldova and Russia to lead projects related to the promotion of EU values and media literacy (Eurasia Foundation, Romanian NGO Platform – FOND, Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union).

In 2019, Olha became a part of the German Marshall Fund of the United States and highly innovative transatlantic network of young civil society leaders (TILN). It helped her to raise the issue of identity and protection of stateless people, as well as internally displaced persons in conflict affected areas in Ukraine. In 2021, she started a study on Roma communities in Ukraine affected by the COVID-19 (as a part for the project for University of Gothenburg in Sweden and Georgian Institute of Public Affairs).

Olha earned a Doctorate Degree in Communication Studies from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2017, with a special focus on Ukraine-EU relations, democratic transitions and sustainability of post-Soviet societies.
