Olga Caballero is a social psychologist with a profound passion for social transformation. She co-founded Alma Cívica, where she proudly serves as Executive Director. Alma Cívica is a movement aimed at weaving a network of ethical, proactive, and committed citizens. Their mission goes beyond local development and strives to solidify a robust democracy and cultivate a political culture oriented towards the common good.

With over 15 years in the field, Caballero has embraced and adapted participatory methodologies, leading projects that strengthen the social fabric, promote community development, and enhance work teams. She co-founded En Común Paraguay, an interdisciplinary initiative to revitalize urban spaces and boost citizen participation. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of Sendas Paraguay, promoting sustainable mobility at a national level.
