About Nuraizah:

Nuraizah is the managing director at Madcat World, an innovative and unique technology company that develops mobile apps and produces meaningful content that enriches people’s lives. To date, over 1.3 million users from all over the world have downloaded apps created by Madcat World. Madcat World has two key flagship products – PeaceBeUponYou, which is an Islamic lifestyle app, and Zoogleland, a crowdfunding interactive app for zoos and nature parks. Nuraizah’s vision is to ensure that Madcat World is at the forefront of the technology industry and is first in mind as a mobile technology provider. Nuraizah’s vision is to take Madcat World to new international markets. Additionally, Madcat World gives back to its community by running programs to get children excited about STEM. Nuraizah has experience in pitching and business planning documentation, and her technical background allows her to plan for both business growth and technological expansion and support. Nuraizah is a Chapter Growth Coordinator for BNI Ampang Chapter (Business Network International) as well as an Ambassador for the BNI Metro Team. She is President of WENA (Women Entrepreneur Network Association) and Treasurer of NEF (New Entrepreneur Foundation). Nuraizah received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, earned a LCCI Intermediate Accounting Certificate, and is currently pursuing a Data Science Specialization with John Hopkins University.

What Nuraizah hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship:

Nuraizah hopes to learn how to build a bigger business, and how to take calculated financial risks. Additionally, she hopes to see that transform into new marketing channels. Nuraizah would also like to explore opportunities in expanding to countries where the fellows are in and explore potential collaborations to enter those markets.
