Nuraizah Binti Shamsul Baharin

As CEO and Founder of MADCash since June 2022, Nuraizah is responsible for the Company’s direction and strategy, besides being involved directly in raising funds and promoting MADCash.

She is a highly accomplished technopreneur and serial entrepreneur, boasting numerous accolades for her outstanding achievements. Possessing a background in Electrical Engineering, she embarked on her professional journey in engineering and research and development, contributing her expertise to renowned companies such as Motorola and Nokia.

In 2006, Nuraizah founded her first tech venture, CWorks Mobile, a mobile app development company based in Kuala Lumpur, before she established Madcat World in April 2011, a software development house focusing on community-based apps where she remains as its managing director until now.

Nuraizah is deeply committed to advocating for the progression of women entrepreneurs, a passion that resonates throughout her professional endeavors. She serves as the ASEAN Access Ambassador for Malaysia and holds the role of Malaysia’s local consultant in a pivotal five-year initiative aimed at promoting increased digital adoption among women entrepreneurs.

She has also been the Regional Ambassador for Technovation since 2012 – a global competition for girls to build apps. In her free time, Nuraizah mentors technology startups to help them get a foothold in the industry.
