About Nthabiseng:

Nthabiseng is the CEO of Umlondolzi (Pty) Limited, a 100 percent black women owned, managed and controlled South African company, founded on the basis of providing excellent, efficient and effective business services to its clients. Umlondolzi is a part of ProSelVer which was established in 2004 as a Black Economic Empowerment Company. Umlondolzi is located in the heart of Soweto and provides a diverse range of construction services in general building, civil and electrical engineering. Umlondolzi specializes in the construction of domestic, industrial and commercial occupancies such as schools, houses, stores and substations. They also cover a range of civil engineering works including steel, concrete, earth and rock and their application in the development, extension, installation, maintenance, removal, renovation, alteration, or dismantling of building and engineering infrastructures. Finally, they offer a range of services in electrical infrastructure covering high, medium and low voltage projects. Nthabiseng’s vision is to grow her business to become a global company, building a more diverse range of clients while delivering excellent services and becoming more efficient in their business operations. Nthabiseng also serves as the Non-Executive Director of ProSelVer Group, a Chairperson of Women at UAFC Hope To You and is a speaker, mentor and life coach. Her qualifications, experience and strengths are in civil and electrical infrastructure in the energy and power industry. She has a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology, formerly known as Pretoria Technikon, a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of South Africa, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Leadership and a Masters Degree in Commerce from the University of KwaZulu Natal.

Nthabiseng hopes to learn about business development, marketing and networking to help her to expand her business into a global company.

What Nthabiseng can offer other fellows:

Nthabiseng can share her experience in project management in the energy sector and in the building and construction industry, as well as what it is like working with young girls and older women in communities with different challenges in life. She believes that listening to others’ stories can help people to empower each other.
