Nikki Porcher is a nationally recognized economic leader, policy advocate, and founder who is redefining what it means to build an inclusive economy that supports workers, entrepreneurs, and communities alike. Known for converting insights into impact, Porcher is the voice people seek when they want data-backed solutions to today’s most pressing labor and workforce challenges.
She is the Founder of Buy From A Black Woman, a national nonprofit that has supported more than 700 Black women business owners and helped generate over $6.12 million in revenue. Under her leadership, the organization has become a model for how data, media, and policy can drive economic equity.
