Natia Kaldani is the Head of Loialté Strategy and a Partner at Loialté LLC, bringing over 12 years of expertise in strategic development, institutional capacity building, and good governance. Previously, she served as a Project Manager and Consultant for USAID’s Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Activity at PMCG, overseeing numerous high-impact projects in public sector reform, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. Natia also holds a Practitioner and Consultant Level Certificate from the USAID HICD Academy, reflecting her deep commitment to performance improvement methodologies.
