Focus Areas

Natalie Au is designing a learning program for students and young professionals focused on gender lens investing. Participants will learn industry best practices and gain hands-on experience in how to integrate gender considerations into investment processes. Au aims to not only give youth meaningful representation in how capital is mobilized but also equip this next generation of financial talent to enter the system with the tools to make finance more equitable and sustainable.

Outside of this initiative, Au is a Programme Manager at 2X Global, an organization with the mission to equip and engage the full spectrum of investors, intermediaries, and innovators capable of transforming systems of finance through the gender-smart deployment of capital across asset classes and markets.
