Naomi is the CEO and Managing Director of Garrick Communications, a boutique public relations agency, located in the heart of Kingston, Jamaica, specializing in lifestyle brands, reputation management and the art of Storytelling and Positioning. Their agency is committed to raising the overall awareness of a brand, product, company or individual by leveraging media relations, event marketing, influencer engagement and social media. By combining traditional and new media strategies, they are able to engage top-tier media placements with targeted media outlets by way of strategic and creative positioning. They pride themselves in providing their clients with a boutique and personalized experience that yields BIG results! With over fifteen years of experience in Marketing and Public Relations, Garrick Communications offers a range of services to bring clients’ story to life, to the people that need to hear and experience it. They provide creative placements for their clients through the integration of traditional media, digital media and experiential marketing. Garrick offers public relations, personal branding, event planning and management, reputation management and digital communications strategy. Over the next five years Naomi would want her agency to be recognized as the leading Public Relations Agency in the region. Naomi is currently a Core Member of City Life Ministries. She has studied Hotel Management at the University of West Indies and the University of Technology and has received a Certificate in Reputation Management from the Public Relations Society of America. Naomi has also received a Certificate from the Action Coach Program from Action Coach Jamaica, where her company also received the Transformational Award. Her areas of expertise include public relations and marketing.

What Naomi hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship: Naomi is hoping to learn the tools to enable her to manage her company in a professional and profitable way. She would also like to improve her knowledge and skills in financial management and team leadership.
