Mona is the Managing Director of GeoEnergy in Egypt. GeoEnergy is a diversified services provider to the oil and gas industry in MENA region. Established in 2009, the company was created to better serve the oil and gas exploration industry. GeoEnergy provides integrated geological, geophysical and Petrophysical products and services that helps to assess exploration or development opportunity and significantly reduces exploration risks, costs and cycle time. GeoEnergy has a full suite of advanced, proven, and integrated geoscience and engineering products, services and solutions within their six core activities of management services, data management solutions, data processing, training and consulting. Within those core activities GeoEnergy offers Geosciences GIS Analysis and Services, Tailored and Professional Training Programs & Workshops, Petroleum Consultancy Services, Seismic Data Processing and Depth Imaging, Geoscience Software, Oil Field Equipment and Rig Supplies. Mona’s areas of expertise include business management, as well as over 13 years of experience in Oil & Gas Data Management projects. She holds a BSC in Geology from Cairo University and a Global Business Diploma from ESLSCA Business School. She is also Pre -MSc in Petroleum Geology and holds a MSc. In Carbonate Reservoir Characterization from Cairo University.

What Mona hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship: Mona hopes to strengthen her knowledge on business management, strategic thinking and strategic marketing. She also hopes to build business relationships and networks with fellows.
