Mazal Shaul is the Executive Director of WePower -an organization for the Advancement of Women’s Leadership in Public and political arena. Mazal is an Independent Advisor and consultant for the Development of Personal and Community Leadership.

Throughout the years, Mazal served as a Council Member and as the local Commissioner for the Advancement of the Status of Women and Gender Equality in Azor. Mazal also founded the branch of the International “Circle Ladies” for local volunteering women and introduced the Women Empowerment Program to her town. Mazal also served for 14 years as the Chair of Azor’s Emmanuel Regional Community Center and the Chairperson of its Parents Committee.

In 2018, Mazal ran for mayoral position in her hometown and won 35% of public support and now serves as council member for the 3rd term in her own independent local party “T’zaad Gadol”. Currently, Mazal runs a women’s party for the national elections in Israel named “Voice of Women”.

Mazal holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Tel Aviv University and for 20 years served in key positions in Management of Research and Development projects in major companies such as Hadassah Ein Kerem’s Cyclotron Unit, Bioline and Teva.
