Massiel Rodriguez Famania

Massiel Rodríguez, 18, is a youth leader in innovation. She stands out for her dedication, effort and passion for learning. An Industrial Engineering student at the Technological University of Panama, she received an honorable mention for her academic performance, which was among the best in her class. While at school, she ranked top in her year for three consecutive years, exceeding in academic skills and confirming her status as an exemplary student. Her talent led her to participate in high-impact projects and she began her professional career at Innova-Nation. In 2022, she won the Dell Pitch Challenge prize. This achievement gave her the opportunity to undertake an internship at Dell, an experience that strengthened her strategic vision. In 2023, she took her leadership to the next level by participating in the Latin American Laboratory for Citizen Action (LLAC). Most recently she participated in the Technovation Girls program, where she developed technological solutions with a social impact. Massiel Rodríguez is a role model for youth leadership and a positive vision of the future. A rising star in technological and social transformation, she is committed to using her determination and skills to build a more innovative and sustainable world.

Estudia Ingeniería Industrial en la Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, donde ostenta una mención honorífica gracias a su desempeño académico, que la posiciona entre los mejores de su promoción. Durante su etapa escolar, mantuvo el primer lugar de su generación durante tres años consecutivos, sobresaliendo en competencias académicas y consolidándose como una estudiante ejemplar. Su talento la llevó a participar en proyectos de alto impacto, iniciando su camino profesional en Innova Nation. En 2022, obtuvo el premio Dell en el Pitch Challenge, abriéndole las puertas para una pasantía en Dell Company, experiencia que fortaleció su visión estratégica. En 2023, llevó su liderazgo al siguiente nivel al participar en el Laboratorio Latinoamericano de Acción Ciudadana (LLAC). Lo más reciente fue formar parte del programa Technovation Girls, donde desarrolla soluciones tecnológicas con impacto social. Massiel Rodríguez es un ejemplo de liderazgo juvenil y visión de futuro.
