Afrocessories Co, Ltd Kenya, founded by Mary Onyango in 2012, is a producer, exporter and distributor of contemporary African print wear, jewelry and home accessories for the corporate woman and man. Included in the variety of African clothing is a plus size range, which is generally difficult to find in conventional clothing stores. The versatile, vibrant and affordable clothing is produced by artisans and can both be worn formally or casually.

Afrocessories Co’s primary mission is to uplift the livelihoods of economically disadvantaged artisans by becoming a channel through which their skills can be utilized, as the business penetrates local and export markets.

The vision of Afrocessories Co is to be one of Kenya’s leading design houses; distributing and retailing up to the value of $300,000 in African print clothing, jewelry and home accessories. They plan to accomplish this through physical retail stores and online marketing platforms in Nairobi and other targeted cities in Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe in the next 5 years.
