Marissa Fayer is a 25-year medtech executive, innovator, entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. Fayer is the CEO and founder of non-profit HERhealthEQ, whose mission is to improve women’s health in developing countries by providing access to medical devices & equipment, creating an equitable standard of care. HERhealthEQ focuses on the treatment, detection, and screening for breast cancer, cervical cancer, maternal health, and heart disease with projects in 12 countries, directly impacting over 61,000 women.

Fayer has previously served as an executive at several large medical device companies, and is currently also the CEO of DeepLook Medical, Investment Committee member of Goddess Gaia Ventures, and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Graybella Capital. Fayer is a TEDx Speaker, a UCSC MillerCenter Social Entrepreneur Fellow, and listed as one of the Top 100 Women in Medtech and a 2024 MedTech Voice to Watch.
