Marisol Rodríguez Jiménez

Marisol Rodríguez Jiménez is a Tsotsil woman from the Chiapas Highlands. She has participated in literacy projects and projects to support social entrepreneurs to strengthen their social impact business models. She is a tutor on the TALENTUM MUJERES CIVITAS program, which seeks to support young women to create networks and foster their potential as agents of change. As a volunteer, she has raised money for a range of organizations that work on projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals. She is currently leading a project to set up a professional network for Indigenous women with the aim of strengthening community initiatives. She volunteers with reforestation projects and is a member of the organization TAKIEKARI. She actively participates in revitalizing Mayan languages and in projects that promote the holistic development of her community.
