Cecilia Lazarte is a Founder of Sacuda, a financial ecosystem for women-led businesses that provides innovative financial and catalytic services. Sacuda builds solutions based on the recognition of the value of networks to develop businesses’ and leaders’ potential. As a gender and private sector expert, Lazarte has spent the last 10 years particularly concentrated on contributing to increasing women’s access to capital and the market by focusing on working with financial institutions to improve access and quality of their products and services to women. She works for UN Women as a Senior Financial Inclusion Advisor providing technical leadership in the implementation of a 3-year project to develop an inclusive financial ecosystem in Central America.
