Focus Areas
Manjia Kobba founded the Sierra Leone Female Entrepreneurs Network (SLFEN), a dynamic platform committed to empowering, connecting, and elevating female entrepreneurs across Sierra Leone. SLFEN fosters a collaborative space where women can access critical support, share resources, and overcome the unique challenges of entrepreneurship, ultimately driving personal and economic growth.
With a strong background in international development, Manjia has successfully led strategic programmatic and financial management efforts, including overseeing an adolescent girls’ empowerment initiative that reached over 15,450 vulnerable out-of-school girls aged 10–19 across six districts in Sierra Leone. Her work has consistently focused on creating inclusive, impactful solutions for marginalized communities. Kobba’s mission is rooted in the conviction that true development happens when every individual is given the opportunity, resources, and support to thrive.
“As a visionary leader, I believe in creating a lasting impact by empowering others to succeed, regardless of their background, education, physical ability, or social class.”
