Balani is an Urban Designer and Architect with over 16 years of experience leading master planning, urban design, and architecture projects across scales. She has collaborated with organizations such as Tractebel Engie and Gurujal, and served as an educator at Sushant University and local schools. Her leadership emphasizes bridging practice and advocacy, with a focus on child‑centric and community‑driven urbanism.
