Malvika Mudgal is the Founder of Jagan Foundation and a social entrepreneur dedicated to advancing grassroots development in rural Rajasthan, India. With a professional background spanning policy advocacy, public health, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and communications, she has worked with leading corporations and international foundations to drive social impact.

Drawing on her expertise in public policy and social development, Malvika champions community awareness and mobilization initiatives that empower rural communities to address critical development challenges. Through Jagan Foundation, she promotes evidence-based, data-driven approaches to development, emphasizing rigorous reporting and research at the village and panchayat levels, particularly among low-income households.

Her work focuses on women’s health, skills development, financial empowerment, and livelihood generation. Through these programs, she has positively impacted the lives of adolescent girls in schools and colleges, as well as women across rural communities.
