Mago Hasfa is a Social Innovator and Literacy Specialist dedicated to transforming early literacy development through the Read to Learn Foundation, which operates in Uganda, Ghana, and Cameroon. The foundation’s mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of their socio-economic background, has access to quality educational resources, empowering them to develop essential literacy and numeracy skills.

With over 6 years of experience, Mago has authored more than 30 African children’s books and initiated impactful campaigns like “1 Million Books to 1 Million Kids.” She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has pursued certifications in project management and early literacy development. Her leadership has fostered partnerships with schools and communities, resulting in the graduation of 250 literacy champions and reaching over 35,000 children through community book clinics.
