Focus Areas
Lucía Hernández Lettier is the founder and CEO of Metódica Digital, an organization helping small businesses and social organizations across Latin America reclaim their time through technology implementation and training. Now becoming a foundation, Metódica has one bold goal: returning one billion hours to people by 2050. Time to create, to care, to live.
Hernández is also Director of FIJE, the Ibero-American Federation of Young Entrepreneurs, connecting associations across 16 countries. She founded Red Wara, a mentorship initiative for women entrepreneurs in Latin America, and is an author and international speaker. As an openly autistic, twice-exceptional leader, she makes her challenges visible so that neurodivergent women can find examples she never saw, and so systems learn to include, not always expecting the different to adapt.
“As a visionary leader, I turn a life full of challenges into the map I never had, so the next ones walk lighter.”
