Luana Dratovsky is the co-founder and executive director of Instituto Aleias, a nonprofit organization that leverages data and evidence to increase the number of women in leadership positions in the public sector.

She co-led the Censo das Secretarias, Brazil’s first nationwide study on the profile and trajectory of women in top government positions. At Motriz, Dratovsky implemented leadership development programs in over 10 cities across the country. At “Movimento Pessoas à Frente,” she had an active role in advocating for the bill that mandates at least 30% women on the boards of public companies in Brazil, and represented the organization in the UN’s 69th Commission on the Status of Women.

“As a visionary leader, I believe that women’s equal participation in decision-making is not only a matter of justice and democracy—it’s essential to ensure that women’s needs and interests are truly represented.”
