Louise is the CEO of Lonergan Corporate Gifts, a company that provides end to end solutions for HR awards and gift incentives. They work with companies that wish to reward their staff with service awards, gifts for events, desk drops, health and safety incentives, and holiday gifts. The business carries out all of the administration and logistics for the client to make sure they get the result they desire on time, every time. They offer clients over 20,000 products including golf prizes and accessories, corporate gifts, promotional materials, branded clothing and much more. Louise’s vision for her company is to grow her staff, gain access to new markets, network and grow the business outside of Ireland and the UK. In the two decades she has been in business, she has continually expanded through innovation to move the company forward and offer clients the very best service, ahead of the trends. Louise’s areas of expertise include sales, innovation and negotiation. She has completed courses in web design and sales and the Going for Growth and Entrepreneurial Spark business training programs. She is also is a member of the Kildare Chamber of Commerce and the WeConnect International network.

What Louise hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship:

Louise hopes to learn strategic planning methods in order to run and scale her business in as streamlined a manner as possible. She would also like to learn how to monitor these goals, strategically delegate and simplify areas of importance.

Louise enjoys mentoring, which she already does for other small businesses, and share with fellows her strong understanding of sales.
