Focus Areas
Linda Dassah is an intersectional youth leader with over five years of experience working on gender equality, education, and climate action. She currently serves as a young researcher with Restless Development on the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab, a young board member at Curious Minds Ghana, and a team lead at Young Female Influencers, a Pan-African, youth-led organization that empowers the next generation of female leaders through mentorship, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives.
Linda has led the Green Minds Initiative, which has reached over 1,500 learners with climate education. She has supported grassroots projects, mentored young people, and contributed to research and policy efforts with organizations such as CAMFED, Plan Ghana, Global Landscapes Forum, and Theirworld. She is also a 2024 delegate of the Fora Network for Change, a YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program alumna, and a SheLeads climate champion.
