Kimberly Gold

Kimberly is the Founder and CEO of The Gold Standard, which builds community by consulting and building action plans for small businesses and nonprofits with a focus on military spouses. They give them the opportunity to focus on their purpose and passion in a more efficient and engaging way with the hopes of building a portable career that will generate revenue that they can grow while being a military spouse. Born to a native Korean woman who would become the first Korean female Chief Warrant Officer Five in the United States Army, Kimberly prides herself on learning directly from her mother, her shero, who taught her first-hand how to turn obstacles into opportunities. Kimberly goes outside the boxes people try to put her in by sharing her unique experiences growing up Korean and Black. Add in being married to a foreign-born spouse who currently serves in the United States Army and being a proud parent to a queer meanager, in the words of Kimberly, her world’s All Mixed In.
