Focus Areas

Khongorzul Batsukh’s vision is to increase the participation of men in the combat of gender-based violence and discrimination, organize public impact, influence activities through men, and reduce gender-based violence and discrimination at the local level. She is planning to implement a Men’s Leadership Program involving young men for 6 months and organize Behavior Modification Training for 100 men perpetrators of gender-based violence to change their bad habits.

Ever since she graduated with a major in International Relations, her next destinations in her career path have all been linked to work in development and sustainable development at international and non-profit organizations, including Save the Children in Mongolia and the Mongolian Women’s Fund, and Sain Tus Development Bridge NGO, especially in promoting the rights of women and children with disabilities, and combating gender-based violence.
